Our Process

It's simple - email or phone our trusted team and we will discuss the best options to suit your requirements. If it's a small job, such as fixing a light fitting or changing a powerpoint, you can simply call and tell us a time that suits you. For larger jobs, we will happily book a time to visit the site and provide a quote. Once approved, we will commence the works.

Small jobs

For smaller jobs that don't require a quote, we will simply send out a trades person at a time that suits you. 

Larger projects
 Site visit & scope of works 

For larger projects, we will meet you at the site location, talk through requirements and recommend the best fittings and finishes. From there, we will map out a scope of work and provide a quote on request.

Our team will proceed with and complete the works to the highest standards. We will happily keep the client as involved as requested and work to offer the most aesthetically pleasing products. We pride ourselves on leaving your space clean and tidy and exceeding the expectations of clients.

Our Covid-19 Response

The health and safety of our customers, our staff and the community is our top priority. Please see below the measures Shawbridge Electrical are currently undertaking to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19; 

  • Tradesperson will travel with hand sanitiser at all times and wear a fresh pair of protective gloves at each job

  • If requested by the customer, the tradesperson will wear a protective mask

  • Optional notice of 30 minutes prior to arriving at residence or workplace to give the customer the opportunity to vacate the property prior to work commencing 

  • Tradesperson will maintain 2m distance from client at all times during works 

  • No more than one person for every four metres squared when indoors

  • If a Shawbridge Electrical tradesperson is exposed to a member of public who is in quarantine or believed to have been exposed to COVID-19, they will immediately stop work and will comply with self quarantine guidelines 

  • Completion of Infection Control Training - COVID-19 course provided by the Department of Health


To assist in maintaining a safe working environment, we ask all customers to advise if they; 

  • Have travelled internationally within 14 days of the on site works commencing

  • Are in quarantine due to having symptoms of COVID-19 or being in contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 

  • Are immunocompromised or classified as a high risk case for severe illness caused by COVID-19


If you wish to postpone any work scheduled with Shawbridge Electrical due to COVID-19, we will be happy to do so. It is important for us to work as a community during this difficult time.
